Description: The Inliner 1 track type online cleaning machine is mainly designed for cleaning processes of PCBs, semiconductors, and other special applications. The machine has three cleaning stages: chemical cleaning, pure water rinsing, and strong drying. The subdivision of the whole machine includes eight processes: isolation or chemical pre cleaning, chemical cycle cleaning, isolation air cutting, DI pre cleaning, DI water cycle rinsing, final water washing, air cutting and drying, and discharging. The rail and modular flexible design can be used for cleaning applications in mass production.
